Dubai Launches World’s First AI-Powered Smart Bus Station at Mall of the Emirates with 24/7 Real-Time Transport Updates
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has officially opened the Mall of the Emirates Smart Bus Station, which is recognized as Dubai’s and possibly the world’s first fully integrated AI-powered smart bus station. This launch is a big step forward in RTA’s digital transformation and Smart Mobility plans.

The goal is to build a smooth, sustainable, and efficient public transport network that makes daily travel easier for residents, workers, and tourists.
The new smart transport hub is located next to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station and serves as a major interchange. It connects 11 bus routes, making it much easier to travel across Dubai buss, making it easier for passengers to travel without hassle:

The station is fully digital and open all day, every day. There are no traditional ticket counters. Instead, all services use contactless, paperless digital systems for convenience and efficiency.
